With over 15 years of experience in general construction, George Reynolds built his career from the ground up. His journey began with his second-ever job working for a general construction company, where he discovered his passion for building and leading teams. That early experience sparked the dream of one day running his own company — a dream that would eventually become reality.

After proudly serving five years in the United States Air Force, George continued to chase that vision. Throughout his service and beyond, he started several small businesses, always driven by the same mission: to create something lasting and meaningful.

Following his time as a bull rider and entrepreneur, George transitioned into the storm restoration industry, where he worked for some of the leading companies in the nation. There, he gained extensive knowledge in roofing, insurance restoration, and large-scale project management — experience that ultimately laid the foundation for launching his own company.

Today, as the founder of Sparta Roofing & Construction, George leads with the same discipline, integrity, and warrior mindset that guided him through the military and every challenge since. His goal is simple: to raise the standard of excellence in construction while helping homeowners and communities rebuild stronger than before.
